Hey everybody, it just occurred to me that I hadn't expressed to anybody on any site what a great experience I had with Grand Parker Casino!

Before I had come across CasinoDeal, I had been trying my luck at just about every casino that offers a no deposit bonus.  I finally made the play through for the very first time at Party City Casino.  A week and a half later, I did it again with Grand Parker. About a week, maybe a week and a half went by when I realized that my winnings from Grand Parker had already been deposited directly into my bank account…hassle free!!

Another week and a half went by before I finally received payment from Party City (anything but hassle free) After further investigation, I realized I was lucky I was paid by Party City at all!  I read a blog by a lady who has been arguing with them for over 8 months! WOW

Anyway, Grand Parker pays promptly, with no argument, even without a deposit involved! I highly recommend them! (yes I know they are on the Casino Deal approved list…just wanted to give my 2 cents)  Laugh

Cool to you and congrats on your win CharliesHoliday, and also very glad to hear your story !

 

I am also a CD member of this casino, deposited 21$ twice but not achieved enough to make up for their minimum withdrawal which is 150$. One thing (or actually two) I do not like at their group Milore LTD (or Revenue Jet ? as Steve from CD staff says)

 

The first thing is that they require that the customer to send hand signed verification form and identity proof documents at EACH of their casinos within the group in part ! (Grand Parker, OnBling, Classy Coin, Loco Panda) Steve says that each of their casinos have different owners and that is why we are required to do so. – Well, even if he is right, their system is not player suitable enough, because from their Terms and Conditions I can clearly see that all these four casinos are Milore LTD properties. This means ONE big boss operation head overall ! So basically if Milore LTD will open/acquire a sum of 100 casinos in the group (like Casino Rewards do) the poor player will have to send and re-send his personal documents at EACH casino he has opened account with Milore LTD Group ! – Well, this should be somehow centralised from the higest level of ownership, so that any player only need to send his documents one time within the group ! In my opinion they have to follow Club World Group of casinos where if one player have one account at EACH of their casinos within the group, the player only needs to complete the identity verification process ONE single time for all casinos in the group. 

 

And the second thing I do not like at all casinos withing the Milore Group is the fact that they allow you to deposit via Moneybookers (Skrill) e-wallet, but they will not allow you withdraw via this method and the only alternative method for an ewallet is to use Neteller. But for this, the player needs to make another deposit with Neteller too ! Anyway, these both e-wallets methods Skrill and Neteller are not allowed for USA players, but my point with this is that it is not player suitable to allow only deposits but not also withthdrawals with any given certain e-wallet option. All the best to everyone !

Warning to ALL PLAYERS!!  I deposited 1500 with grand Parker with a bonus.  I won 37K when I went to withdraw they made me send Color photos of My Drivers Lic, front and back.  They wanted copy's of current Statements Banks and Utilities.  I gave them all the Routing info for my bank.  Then they said I could only withdraw 2500 at a time and that it would take up to 10 days.  Everything was approved and then at the last minute they took all my money out of the account and reset it to 1000.

 

They are cheats!  They have a great appearance and great online chat forum as well as a live voice when you call.  But they can not answer any Banking question that process has to be done via email.  

Below is a copy of the transactions.  You can see were they added the bonus, withdrew, and then declined.  I was a illegitimate winner and they have declined to pay.  I am not a sore loser….ive had my share of losses.  But this is a disgrace.   If anyone ask please direct them to this comment.  Yell

That's weird tht they required that from you. They never asked me to do anything like that….and trust me, I have an account at ALL of their affiliates…lol

Hey saltypob,

 

We spoke with Grand Parker and through their investigation into the matter they found that you played one of the games that you were not suppose to play (roulette) which nullified your winnings. They mentioned on the chat that you should stay away from this game but you continued to play. (we made a request for the transcript)

This is an unfortunate matter because they warned you several times but what we recommend you do in the future if Roulette is your game of choice is to simply turn down the BONUS and enjoy….

okay, i am almost regretting my initial post regarding grand parker….i just received an email from them saying that my account has been deactivated due to security reasons and that any deposits have been refunded and my playable balance has been reset. i am no longer allowed to log in. i sent an email to them asking what the issue is, and i am waiting for a response….

After my initial posting they have locked my out completely.  So basically they have kept my 2500 deposit. My Credit card Company is on it though.  They will hopefully be red flagged for all Credit Cards.  Hopefully our European friends well get this info and we can shut this Casino Down.
