although i am currently confused and a little disgruntled at grand parker for locking me out of my newly deactivated account, i still dont think they ought to be shut down….

while i understand your feelings about them salty, if what steve said is correct, you played games that were not allowed with the bonus you redeemed. i would expect them to do nothing but cancel any winnings you thought you had earned….simply because you didnt follow their rules with the free money they gave you. i am very sorry to hear about your experience ending in such a way. i hope that next time you make a deposit, you read and follow the rules that go with whatever bonus you decide to accept…if any.

im still not sure why i have been blacklisted though….

They explained to me that I could not play certain games and reset my play.  Then I never touched the game until I finished there required playthrough.  Once I completed Several Hours of Play Through I was open to the entire Casino.  Keep in Mind I deposited 2500 in total. I when I went to withdraw that is when I they began with the suspicious behavior. 

 

I am a illegitimate player who does not voice complaints unless worthy.  Grand Parker is a Fraudulent Casino.  Play at your Own Risk.  Im only trying to warn the Gaming Community.  

 

CasinoDeal has looked into the issue with no resolution.  I appreciate there involvement, however the Casino Breached there trustworthiness before CasinoDeal got involved.  The Casino will obviously defend there position to Salvage there Reputation.  Beware they play nice until you win something significant then good luck in getting your money out.

 

Im only trying to help others and that is what this forum is for.

i thought the same about being open to the entire casino after meeting playthrough requirements. i had made the playthrough at a casino…i forget which one…so i went to enroll in a tournament. after i had played the tournament i tried to cash out. o was informed that until my winnings were successfully withdrawn from the casino, my restrictions on the games were still active according to the coupon that i redeemed. so, my winnings were voided because of the $1 tournament that i participated in… it sucks, but those were the terms that i had over looked…

Charlie – your missing a lot of the Critical Points.  They completely reset my Gaming twice.  And did not even put back my original Deposit.  Now that Im exposing them I have been locked out.  They are crooked.  You can try to play nice with them but you will not get any winnings.  This conversation is good for all to see.

Yes this is a forum and yes you are entitled to voice your opinion but the answer we gave you was based on an investigation into this matter and they claim that after numerous attempts to get you to stop playing (Roulette) you continued to play so unless you could prove other wise that justifies your case then I would like to think that we did resolve the issue.

If you had not played any of the restricted games at all then I don't believe the outcome would be the same…

 

Advice to ALL CD MEMBERS…most casinos have the same restricted games like Roulette, Baccarat, Craps to mention a few so if you planned on playing these games prior to making your deposit then DON'T ACCEPT THE BONUS!!!

 

Make sure to look over the terms and conditions so you know exactly how much you have to wager and what games to stay FAR FAR away from to avoid any situation when it comes time to cash out like chaliesholiday mentioned on post #14 (thnx)

Please look below.  I deposited funds and began playing at  2:24:59pm.  Then at 3:15:24pm Grandparker Corrected my play by telling me what I can and can not play with the Bonus and Reset my account.  I was a pissed but understood.  From that point forward I played only Video Poker until I completed my PlayThrough/Bonus requirement.  They said once I completed the playthrough that my winning could be withdrawn and I would be open to all games in the Casino.  Here is all the proof. Now its your turn to ask Grand Parker to Provide you Proof.  I suspect they will not.   I am finding more negative comments on Grandparker in other forums. 

 

The time logs don't go in order but that is exactly the way I copied from the Cashiers Bank.

Hey Steve, ask Grand Parker Casino to provide you FULL GAME LOGS for Saltypob`s play and don`t simply trust their word, ask for full game logs to prove black on white their arguments. What Salty is saying here is VERY harmful for the casino.

 

More, I see no term which allow them to not return the players deposit even if he had played on restricted games ! As we see, there is 2500$ in deposits at stake unjustified witheld by the casino. They would only be allowed to void the winnings.

 

If this person is right and they had reseted his initial bonus after voiding his winnings and wagers, and then he only played on allowed games (videopoker) as he says, then they have no ground to overwrite their initial decision and claim (Roulette play) restricted games rule. Maybe I am missing something or there is more than that, but however, in ANY case, EVEN if the player had somehow tryed to DEFRAUD the casino, they still have to pay back at least his LAST deposit and void his winnings !
