I'm having the same issues.  I wonder if it is the same casino?  I cannot seem to get them to admit that they should not advertise this option if it is not available.  They have been trying to fix it.  It has been a week since I got my voucher and cannot reedem with them.  Did you get your voucher redeemed?  If so, how?  I would appreciate any advise.

I purchased a voucher from paste and pay and when I attempted to redeem the voucher on oddsmaker.com, I got an error message stating that this code does not exist and to verify the code with paste and pay.  I did that and it was a correct code.  I tried again and asked for assistance and was told they could not assist me because only their credit specialists could access my cashier box.  I tried on the phone with a cashier specialist and they said there was an internal server error that would need to be fixed.  They suggested I try other deposit methods which I do not want to use.  I cannot make a deposit from my bank since they do not authorize transactions out of the US.  I will have to reverse the voucher to go back to my account and quit trying to deposit there.  I have been a member for about 3 years and would like to complete my play through.  Can you do anything about this?  Any help would be appreciated.
