I had recently won some money from Slots Jungle casino, when I tried to cash out they required the normal documents, which I sent and they accepted. My original cash out was for $3000.00, I first reciecved an email stating that my account was no longer going to be able to use any bonus offers. After several emails I was told my money would be wired. Upon signing on to the casino I find $2500, in my player accoun, I then request a $2500 withdrawal, after inquiring via email was told I could only cash out $500 at a time, after several more days my account then showed $2000 in the account, so requested $2000 withdrawal. I then began asking where the multiple $500. withdrawals were, they were not showing up in my bank account, they kept telling me they had been sent, just talkes longer for international wires, BULL. I then contacted casion deal, within

20 minutes of my first contace Steve called me and I explained what was going on, well within 24 hours he called again and said had spoken with casino manager and they would be sending my money right away, that was on a Thursday by mid morning on the following Monday I had $1500 in my account I am now waiting on the second $1500, keeping my fingers crossed. 

I can't thank casino deal enough for the help, I would probably still be waiting if not for "Steve"

Hey Steve.

Just to update you I have recieved my second wire for $1500.00 from the casino :)  I thank you for that , I think I would still be getting the run around if you had not stepped in and helped out. To be honest I really didn't think it would work, bur sure enough I have recieved my money. I will certainly do all my casino business through your site from now and highly recommed you to all who will listen.
