If there have been complaints about paying out and not getting the winnings, why on earth are you still recommending these casinos? I would have thought they would have been "thrown off" your site. I am wondering why after reading a couple of bad reports.Cool

Thank you for your post,

 The reason Rome & Diceland casino are still on our site is because, we had a very good conversation with their management team and made sure that they understood that we are here for the players and not the casinos. We also told them that any player joining their casinos through us has to be able to get his withdrawal as quickly as possible and not get the any sort of run around.

All the casinos that we work with know that if they give any issues to our players, we will pull away our players resulting in them loosing money…… We are trying to make this a safer gaming environment for our players.

nivlem007, you have to understand that we cannot resolve issues for players that didn't join the casino through us because once a player joins a casino through CasinoDeal they get a tracking code that represents us and the casinos know that the player is joining them through a community of players and not as an individual.

Another reason is the fact that Rome Casino even resolved an issue for one of our community member that  didn't join through CasinoDeal because we called them and told them that she is in our community.

I find that a lot of times…with several of the online casinos out there…that they probably only count about 50% of the true amount of clicks, joins, and deposits made from a banner that you advertise.

 

More often than not, that is the case, unfortunately.  I've done experiments with friends of mine – having them sign up for certain casinos using one of the banners on my portal/forum…and totally watched in dismay that only 57% of all statistics were actually recorded in my affiliate data tracking section of my affiliate account.  They always come up with some excuse like…

 

OH – they didn't clear their cookies…

or…

 

they didn't download immediately once they clicked on the banner with your affiliate code on it…

but they went and browsed around on the site for a bit before downloading…and therefore your affiliate ID & codes were not assigned to that the player you brought to our casino…

 

long story short – affiliate managers can seem very friendly and helpful – but in the reality of the industry, they'll take every chance they can get to hoard as much $ as they possible can.  

 

 

just my experience here – not saying it always happens like this

Diceland and Rome casinos are poor examples of online casinos – Casino Deal are trying hard to recover my winnings – just got $1,500 back this month because oftheir efforst - but still owed $5,000+.
